According to the description, in this next installment of the ultimate looter shooter, players will take on the role of a legendary Vault Hunter as they fight their way through hordes of enemies in search of new treasures on a brand new planet.
There is actually not much more to say as it is now. The game is clearly still in the early stages of development. Of course, this also means that there is an imminent danger that we will not end up seeing the game ready by 2025.
All we got is a pre-rendered teaser trailer. No screenshots, no details, no in-engine trailer. This is just an announcement to drum up interest and follow a little on the tail of the Borderlands movie that just came out. So more realistically, expect Borderlands 4 in 2026.
