Capcom has just released the Character Creator Demo for Dragon's Dogma 2. Players can download this tool to create their unique Arisen. And yes, you will be able to transfer your data to the main game when it comes out.

Many people expected a more "traditional" demo. Instead we get a Character Creator and "storage demo". So if you had hoped to get a taste of the game before it comes out, you will be disappointed. At least with a "proper" demo, we would be able to see how the game runs on our PC systems.

Back in November 2023, Capcom shared the game's official PC requirements. Those PC specs seemed a bit high, which might explain why the console versions run at 30fps. For gaming at 2160i/30fps, Capcom recommended an Intel Core i7-10700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 or AMD Radeon RX 6700. Plus, these requirements were for the non-RT version of the game.

Dragon's Dogma 2 is coming to PC on March 22nd. Fortunately, the game will support DLSS 3 Frame Generation at launch. With this, owners of RTX40 series GPUs will be able to improve performance, allowing them to achieve framerates higher than 60fps.
