Ubisoft has just released a new in-engine trailer for Star Wars: Outlaws, showing off some of the game's planets and moons. More precisely, in this video we get a look at the frozen air of Kijimi, the dense jungle of Akiva, the windswept plains of Toshara and the arid desert of Tatooine.
Star Wars: Outlaws takes place between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. In this game, players will explore different planets in the galaxy, both iconic and new.
Players will take on the role of Kay Vess, an up-and-coming rogue seeking freedom and the means to start a new life. Along with Vess, players will find her companion Nix. Players will fight, steal and trick their way through the galaxy's crime syndicates as they join the galaxy's most wanted.
The game will have Ray Tracing effects and support DLSS 3.5 Ray Reconstruction. As NVIDIA's Jacob noted, Outlaws will have ray-traced shadows, reflections, and RTGI. So I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on it and testing it.
