To take advantage of the success of The Last of Us TV series, we will likely also see more from Naughty Dog at the PlayStation Showcase. Many fans expected a new version of the popular multiplayer Factions mode, which was part of the first game in The Last of Us Part II. However, Naughty Dog has announced that they had much bigger plans for The Last of Us Multiplayer, which would get its own stand-alone game, rather than being part of The Last of Us Part II.
