HyperX has just unveiled a number of new products aimed at giving gamers more control over their gear. These include a new modular controller, an update to the popular Stinger headset series, and an official launch of their NGENUITY software, which is finally out of beta.

Clutch Talon: A controller you can rebuild yourself

The new HyperX Clutch Talon Controller is aimed at those who want to tinker with their settings. The interesting thing here is that you can change sticks, D-pads, triggers and paddles completely without tools.

Technically, it's on board with Hall Effect sticks and triggers. For us gamers, this means more precise control and, most importantly, no more "stick drift". It also has three-stage trigger locks for shooters and works with both PC, Android and Xbox with a battery life of around 30 hours.

Cloud Stinger 3: Lightweight with lots of power

The Cloud Stinger 3 series is HyperX's take on a solid headset for those long sessions where comfort is paramount. Available in both wired and wireless versions, it still uses their well-known memory foam cushions.

The wireless model is worth keeping an eye on, as it promises up to 80 hours of battery life. It supports both Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz connectivity, so you can use it for both console and mobile. The microphone is noise-canceling and has the classic "flip-to-mute" function that we know from the previous models.

The software brings it all together

After a long testing period, HyperX NGENUITY software is now officially available. It's where you can fine-tune everything from equalizer and 3D audio to more advanced features like AI noise reduction and "Rapid Trigger" sensitivity on keyboards. It acts as a unified control center for all your HyperX gear, allowing you to save profiles and macros in one place.

Price and availability:

  • HyperX Cloud Stinger 3: Landing in June at prices starting at DKK 450.
  • HyperX Clutch Talon Controller: Expected in stores in July with a price of approximately DKK 1,195.
