Samsung seems to be working on their next generation of Galaxy laptops, namely the Galaxy Book 5 series. 91mobiles has come across various models of the Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 on the Bluetooth SIG website.

There are five variants of the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 on the Bluetooth SIG site.

  • NT960QHA
  • NT960QHZ
  • NT9610HA
  • NP960QHA
  • NP964QHA

These may be for different markets or specification configurations. The Bluetooth SIG certification means that the computer will work with Bluetooth specifications and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

But other than that, we don't get any other details from the listing. Let's therefore refer to a Galaxy Book 5 Pro tip from a few months ago. According to an X-user @momomo_us, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro (with model number NT940XGK-DSD) may come with an octa-core Intel Lunar Lake CPU.

This detail was discovered from the SiSoftware database. SiSoftware is a system diagnostic and benchmark tool. According to the post, the Intel chip in this specific Galaxy Book model may have a base clock speed of 1.60 GHz and a top clock speed of 2.8 GHz. Since the chip is already out, we know that its performance cores are called Lion and the efficiency cores are called Skymont.

Intel claims that the Skymont cores show a "significant improvement in several areas over the previous Crestmont E-Core, including decoding, execution, memory subsystems and power efficiency". Performance can be helped by 5 x 2.5 MB L2 cache and 2 x 12 MB L3 cache.

As for the graphics, the post hints at an Intel Arc iGPU with 7GB of VRAM, 512 shaders, 64 vector engines, a clock speed of 1.85GHz, 8MB of L2 cache, and OpenCL API support. Since the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 series debuted last December, we assume that the new laptops could also arrive around the same time.
