CORSAIR Launches Second Generation Nautilus II Coolers and RS II Fans

The series is designed with a focus on quiet and efficient cooling, easy installation, and direct connection to the motherboard. This means that the units do not require external fan controllers to function, making setup simpler and more accessible for all types of PC builders.

NAUTILUS II RS LCD: Larger screen and improved pump

The top-of-the-line NAUTILUS II RS LCD replaces the first generation Nautilus RS LCD with a significantly larger screen and an upgraded cooling block. The cooler is available in either black or white finishes with radiator sizes of either 240mm or 360mm.

3.5" IPS display: The most noticeable upgrade is the display, which has grown by 67 percent from a circular 2.1-inch panel to a rectangular 3.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480x640 pixels at 60 Hz. The display connects via DisplayPort and can be used as a secondary display in Windows. It can also display real-time system data, animated GIFs, and iCUE Widgets at up to 60 frames per second.

FlowDrive 2S and heatsink: The cooler is equipped with the new FlowDrive 2S pump, which ensures more powerful liquid circulation. The copper heatsink itself (cold plate) has been made thinner and specifically optimized for AMD processors, which reduces thermal resistance and improves heat transfer from modern CPUs.

RS II Fans: Comes with the new RS II fans in a single Unified Frame design for easier mounting and cable routing. The fans utilize CORSAIR AirGuide technology to focus airflow, Magnetic Dome bearings for low noise and long life, and support for Zero RPM Mode , which stops the fans completely at low loads.

NAUTILUS II RS and RS ARGB: Affordable AIO Solutions

The standard NAUTILUS II series replaces the previous NAUTILUS RS models and utilizes the same technological upgrades in the form of the FlowDrive 2S pump, the thinner AMD-optimized heatsink, and the second generation RS II fans. The NAUTILUS II RS is offered in black only, while the NAUTILUS II RS ARGB comes in both black and white. Both are available with either 240mm or 360mm radiators.

Lighting and Control: The NAUTILUS II RS is designed for clean, stylish, "blackout" systems without lights. The NAUTILUS II RS ARGB, on the other hand, adds addressable RGB lighting with 8 LEDs in each fan and 8 LEDs in the pump cap. This gives a total of 24 addressable LEDs on the 240 mm model and 32 LEDs on the 360 mm model. The lighting and fan speed can be controlled directly via compatible motherboard software.

RS II and RS II ARGB PWM Fans: Quiet and Efficient

Alongside the liquid coolers, the second generation of the RS II and RS II ARGB PWM fans are being launched as standalone products.

Airflow and noise reduction: Re-stator-designed AirGuide® fins reduce turbulent noise while maintaining high static pressure through sealed radiators. The fans are also equipped with Magnetic Dome® bearings, ensuring quiet operation and long durability.

Form Factors and Series Connection: The fans are available as standalone 120mm and 140mm units, as well as a 360mm Unified Frame , where three fans are molded together into one unified frame. This reduces cable clutter and allows the entire fan block to be mounted with just four screws. Single fans support daisy-chaining , so multiple fans can be daisy-chained and controlled as one group via the motherboard. The RS II comes in black, while the RS II ARGB is available in black or white with 8 addressable RGB LEDs per fan.

Integration with iCUE LINK and accessibility

Although designed to be plugged directly into the motherboard, the NAUTILUS II coolers and RS II fans can be easily integrated into the rest of the CORSAIR iCUE LINK ecosystem using the COMMANDER DUO Lighting and Fan Controller (sold separately). The controller features dual channels for PWM, ARGB and iCUE LINK, allowing for full synchronization of both standard PWM devices and iCUE LINK products in CORSAIR iCUE software.
