YouTuber 'Assassin JorRaptor' has shared a video showing destruction in the environments, lighting, weather and world of Assassin's Creed Shadows. The video gives a good look at what the new AC game will look like, so be sure to check it out.

Assassin's Creed Shadows takes place in 16th century Japan during the Azuchi-Momoyama period. The game follows the interconnected stories of Naoe and Yasuke. As Japan faces the chaos of the late Sengoku period, the two characters will find their shared destiny and help create a new future for the country.

Yasuke is the character you use for combat, while Naoe is the character for sneak attacks. Players can thus choose to go into direct combat or sneak through missions, just like in Assassin's Creed Syndicate , where Evie was better at sneak attacks and Jacob better at combat.

Ubisoft will release Assassin's Creed Shadows on November 15th. The game also does not require a mandatory internet connection, so it can be played offline. At least according to the developers.

Ubisoft has yet to share the official PC requirements for the game. However, it is known to use the Anvil Engine and so far the game looks good. The question is whether it will fare better than AC: Valhalla . Has Ubisoft made major CPU optimizations? Will the game use Ray Tracing effects? And what about DLSS 3/FSR 3.0?
