Phase-change thermal pads for better heat transfer

This generation introduces a phase-change thermal pad that replaces traditional thermal paste. The new thermal pad is electrically non-conductive, solid at room temperature but becomes liquid when heated. This fills microscopic gaps between the GPU and the thermal module, ensuring superior thermal conduction and improved heat dissipation.

Furthermore, the thermal pads offer exceptional durability that significantly outperforms traditional pastes, even under regular heavy loads.

Compact PRIME graphics cards with strong performance
