Roborock, a global leader in intelligent home robotics, is now launching its robotic lawnmowers on the Danish market. The new product range combines advanced navigation, intelligent obstacle recognition and precise mowing to deliver a more uniform and well-groomed lawn – with minimal manual effort. The range is designed for different types of gardens. The RockMow Z1 is designed for more demanding lawns, while the more advanced RockMow Z1 LiDAR also introduces LiDAR-based environmental perception. The RockMow S1 and RockNeo Q1 models are designed for smaller gardens with simpler terrain.

"We have experienced great interest in our robotic lawnmowers since they were first introduced internationally, and we are pleased that Danes can now also go and buy them from retailers. With the RockMow series, we are taking Roborock's experience with intelligent navigation and automation from the home to the garden, so Danes have more time for what is important, such as caring for flower beds and planting new seeds," says Monique Dugarte Ramos, PR manager for Roborock in Denmark.
RockMow Z1, RockMow Z1 Lidar, RockMow S1 and RockNeo Q1 are now available at retailers nationwide. See the list of retailers here.
RockMow Z1 is designed to handle more demanding lawns with varied terrain. Equipped with four-wheel drive (4WD), it can easily handle steep slopes of up to 80% (38.7°) and obstacles of up to 8 cm. A key feature for this is Roborock's patented Active Steering System, where each wheel has its own motor, while the front wheels also have individual steering motors. This enables the robot to navigate stably even on steep slopes and uneven surfaces.

For navigation, the Z1 uses Roborock’s Sentisphere AI Environmental Perception, which combines RTK and VSLAM technology for centimeter-level accuracy even in more complex environments such as heavily shaded areas or narrow passages. The integrated PreciEdge technology allows it to mow close to edges – as close as 3 cm from walls and obstacles – reducing the need for manual edge trimming.
In addition to the RockMow Z1, Roborock also introduces the RockMow Z1 LiDAR, Roborock's first robotic lawnmower with LiDAR-based environmental perception. The RockMow Z1 LiDAR combines Sentisphere LiDAR Environmental Perception with four-wheel drive (4WD), Active Steering System and Dynamic Suspension System, providing stable navigation and consistent mowing results even in more varied terrain.

Like the RockMow Z1, the model can handle steep slopes of up to 80% (38.7°) and obstacles of up to 8 cm. LiDAR technology gives the robot a detailed understanding of its surroundings, contributing to efficient coverage and precise navigation, making it particularly suitable for dense or complex gardens.
For users looking for more affordable alternatives, Roborock also offers the RockMow S1 and RockNeo Q1 models, designed for easy installation and hassle-free lawn care.

The RockMow S1 uses AI-based mapping and Sentisphere AI Environmental Perception for stable navigation – even in more complex gardens. It can enter passages as small as 0.7 metres, slopes up to 45% and can climb obstacles up to 4cm. At the same time, it can mow as close as 3cm from edges for a more complete result.

The most affordable model, the RockNeo Q1, combines Sentisphere Environmental Perception with RTK and VSLAM-based navigation, ensuring stable control and easy installation in small to medium-sized gardens. Features like Wildlife-Friendly Mode and Intelligent Lawn Care Scheduling contribute to more automated lawn care without the worry of disturbing garden animals.
