8K HDR recording and advanced low-light AI

At the heart of the camera's image quality is the combination of a large 1-inch sensor and support for 8K recording at 60 frames per second in HDR. The large pixels work together with a high-performance processor and up to 14.5 stops of dynamic range. This allows the finest nuances to be preserved in both the very bright and very dark areas of the image without distortion or washed out colors.

When filming in low-light environments or when day turns to night, the AI SuperNight 2.0 feature kicks in. Using DJI's own AI image processing algorithms, the footage is cleaned of noise, resulting in brighter, clearer, and more detailed nighttime footage. For more advanced and professional productions, the Osmo 360 II also supports 10-bit color depth, D-Log M color profile, and direct integration with DaVinci Resolve editing software, so footage can be seamlessly incorporated into professional editing environments.

AI editing, built-in storage, and a rugged exterior

Once the footage is in place, perspective and framing can be shaped exactly as desired. The camera offers AI-assisted editing, Smart Editing and dual recording, as well as the option of video creation with just a single tap. This makes the path from raw 360° material to a finished and shareable format significantly more efficient.

Hardware-wise, the camera is built to function without unnecessary bottlenecks. It comes with a whopping 105 GB of built-in storage, which makes it possible to start recording immediately without having to insert an external memory card. The lenses are made in an extra rugged and scratch-resistant design, and should the accident still occur during extreme sports, the lenses can be replaced separately. The camera is also fully integrated into the rest of the DJI Osmo ecosystem, so wireless microphones and other accessories can be quickly connected.
