Elgato (a Corsair brand) today announced the Key Light Air MK.2, a completely redesigned successor to one of their most popular lights for streamers and content creators. The new edition features a 15-inch LED panel with up to 2100 lumens, new touch buttons directly on the light, and full USB-C power delivery.

Lighting and operation

The 15-inch panel uses edge-lit LED technology from OSRAM, which provides a soft and natural light without reflections or flicker-free. The color temperature can be adjusted from warm to cool white.


  • Touch buttons: On the front of the lamp there are now physical touch buttons where you can quickly adjust brightness, color temperature and switch between two saved profiles.
  • App and Stream Deck: The lamp can also be controlled remotely wirelessly or via USB in the Elgato Control Center app (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android) and integrated directly with the Elgato Stream Deck.

Smart USB-C power management

The Key Light Air MK.2 runs exclusively on USB-C, which provides great flexibility in setup:

Direct to PC: When connected to the computer via USB-C, it delivers up to 400 lumens, which is plenty for regular calls and streaming at the desk.

Full power (2100 lumens): Connect a USB-C PD power supply (30W+) or a power bank to utilize the panel's full brightness of 2100 lumens. Power banks can be mounted directly on the back of the lamp via the built-in MagSafe ring.

Flexible mounting

The included table clamp mount is height-adjustable and features a ball head for precise angle adjustment and integrated cable management. The light is easily detachable and features three standard 1/4" threads and MagSafe compatibility for quick portability to other camera rigs.

Price and availability

The Elgato Key Light Air MK.2 is available for purchase starting today at elgato.com for a suggested retail price of $139.99 USD (with table stand) or $119.99 USD for a "light-only" version without a stand.

In connection with the launch, the P30 Power Supply accessory (30W adapter) is offered free of charge with purchase on the webshop, while a magnetic Focus Grid to direct the light is available at half price.
